Dear DanDee: 

   Know that you have an invisible space surrounding you at all times in all places.  When you picture a hula hoop around you, you will feel your space is up close and valuable to you.   You could stand in a hula hoop then take it away and picture it still being there or you can just picture or imagine it is there at all times in all places.   The song says it is your home.   Home is a safe place to be.   A harbor is a home for boats.  Sometimes life can get stormy like water gets stormy in lakes or oceans.

Draw a hula hoop in your notebook and put yourself in it.   Draw a house and put yourself in it.  Draw a harbor and put a boat in it.

Activity:   Draw circles and add names of family or friends to each circle. Know the reason you are doing this is to remember they have a home space just like you.
