Concept of Feelings


 I know that............

1. I experience life with my Feelings.

2.
Loving Feelings are what I intend to experience. Ego can produce bad Feelings that I do not want. I let go of ego baggage.

3. I am given time and space. It is my responsibility to fill it with Happy Feelings.

4. I cannot experience yesterday's Feelings or tomorrow's. I can only experience the Feelings I have this moment.

5. Happy Feelings are FUN to give away to other Me's so they can Feel good too.

6. It’s easy for you to know how I Feel. I show it in the way I look. the way I talk, and the way I act.

7. Others can only influence my Feelings if I let them...I am in charge of my Feelings.

8. The many Feelings I exprience are described by the adjectives shown on the Feelings Chart. Daily I record how I feel. This opens my awareness. I change the feelings I do not enjoy and keep the ones I enjoy. Click here to see the Chart.
