1. My Energy comes from the Love that I am. CD2 #19 song
asks the question: “How can it be that I have this Energy”?
The song answers the question: “My Energy comes from the Love that I am”.

2. The Energy that I am is the same Love Energy that
everyone is. In fact, everything consists of Love Energy. Examples: animals, birds, trees, plants, insects. etc.

3. The amount of Energy I have depends upon the emotion I feel. All possible feelings are listed with adjectives and facial expressions on the Feeling Chart. I think of myself as being
on a ladder. A Happy feeling gives Me the highest vibration. As I go down the ladder Energy vibration lowers. Bad feelings end up making Me feel sad, mad, tired anxious or frustrated. They are far from being the best. Click here for the Feeling Chart.

 4. I focus on caring for Me. I am #1 in my life. It is important that I feel good so I can help other Me’s feel good.

5. It is Love Energy that beats my heart, digests my food, gives Me the power to walk with my feet, see with my eyes, hear with my ears, talk and breathe, I am grateful for the Love Energy that I am.

6. My Energy to be and do anything and everything is free. CD3 #8 says: “I am not like a car that runs out of gas. My body constantly has Energy to burn”.

7. Greater Energy just appears when I need it. Running, for instance, takes more Energy than sitting in a chair. It is not necessary to turn a switch to increase my Energy. I can depend on receiving Energy in proportion to my need.

8. How Incredible! It doesn’t matter if I am asleep or awake,
I can be sure that I will receive Energy. I am grateful for the assurance.

9. World Love Energy multiplies in relation to the number of individuals who focus on Loving and Caring for self and others. One by one we acquire a Peaceful World.
